Core Return Policy

Note:  To expedite credit, cores must be returned to the company where units were originally purchased from.

All cores must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice. After 30 days there may be a penalty for late return.

No core will be accepted after 6 months from date of invoice.

Cores should be AS REMOVED, complete and corrosion free.

Cores that are not AS REMOVED, incomplete and/or damaged will be evaluated by Precision for acceptability.

A percentage of the core value will be charged if there are missing and/or damaged parts.

If a core is found unacceptable, it will be returned to the customer, at customer expense, unless prior arrangements to scrap at Precision have been made in writing.

It is MANDATORY that all cores are returned with the core tag that is included in every replacement unit.

Please contact our customer service department if tag is lost PRIOR to return.

Cores returned without a core tag may be returned at customer’s expense.
